Couples and Families:

When disconnect and division starts setting in, it may be time for counseling. I keep the relationship as my top priority and give each person the space to be heard while working toward healing and connection.
Christian Counseling:

I am a Christian and I approach counseling from a place of hope and grace. However our time together is about YOU! You decide whether or not you want faith integrated into your treatment. I welcome people of all faiths or no faith at all!
Medical Trauma and Caretakers:

I have a heart for people who are facing chronic or life threatening illness or live with disabilities. I also understand that caretakers of people with these issues, face unique and separate challenges. Whichever situation describes you, it is my goal to help you thrive!
College and Young Adult:

This period of life can be overwhelming, lonely, and stressful. There are a lot of big decisions to navigate and the responsibilities can pile up. Counseling at this life stage can have a life-long positive impact on relationships and the ability to manage stress and anxiety.
Yet I still dare to hope. . .
